4-Class Money-Back Guarantee – Terms & Conditions

We’re confident that you’ll love your experience at the Academy of Hair & Makeup. That’s why we offer a 100% Risk-Free Guarantee—if you don’t absolutely love your course after attending the first 4 classes, we’ll give you a full refund on your tuition.

To keep things fair, here are the terms & conditions of our money-back guarantee:

Eligibility

✔ The 4-Class Money-Back Guarantee applies only to first-time students enrolling in a course.
✔ Students must attend all 4 classes consecutively (classes number 1, 2, 3 and 4) to be eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Refund

✔ If you wish to cancel after attending the first 4 classes, you must submit a written request before your 5th class begins.
✔ Email your refund request to info@academyofhairandmakeup.com with your full name, course details, and reason for cancellation (We ask for your honest feedback so we can continue improving our courses.)

Refund Conditions

✔ Refunds cover only tuition fees paid (materials, kits, or additional add-ons are non-refundable).
✔ Refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
✔ A small non-refundable transaction fee of 3% will be deducted from the total tuition refund, as per our payment processor’s policy.
✔ Afterpay payments: If you paid for your tuition via Afterpay and request a refund, the 6% + $0.30 Afterpay processing fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund amount.

Missed Classes & Exceptions

✔ Students must attend all 4 classes consecutively to qualify for a refund.
✔ If a student is sick and provides a valid medical certificate to any of their missed days, the missed day will still count toward the 4 consecutive classes.
✔ If a student misses a class for any other reason, the guarantee becomes void.

Non-Eligibility & Final Tuition Commitment

✘ No refunds will be granted if a student has attended 5 or more classes.
✘ Refund requests will not be accepted past the start of the 5th class, and full tuition is due as normal in this period.
✘ Refund guarantee only applies to our Certified Makeup Artist Course and Certified Hair Stylist Course.
