4-Class Money-Back Guarantee – Terms & Conditions

We’re confident you’ll love your experience at the Academy of Hair & Makeup.
That’s why we offer a 4-Class Money-Back Guarantee.
If, after attending your first 4 consecutive classes, you don’t feel the course is right for you, you may request a refund of your tuition fees paid.

To ensure fairness and clarity, the following terms apply:

Eligibility

✔ The guarantee applies only to first-time students.
✔ Students must attend Classes 1, 2, 3, and 4 consecutively.
✔ Guarantee applies to the Certified Makeup Artist Course and the Certified Hairstylist Course only.

How to Request a Refund

✔ You must submit your request in writing before the start of your 5th class.
✔ Email your request to info@academyofhairandmakeup.com including:

  • Full name

  • Course enrolled

  • Statement confirming you wish to cancel

(Feedback is appreciated - not required.)

Refund Conditions

✔ Refund applies to tuition fees only.
Kits, materials, brushes, tools, and optional add-ons are non-refundable.

✔ Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

✔ A 3% payment processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover standard merchant transaction costs if you have paid with our payment plan or upfront.

Payment Plan / Ezidebit

✔ If you are on a weekly Ezidebit payment plan, your payment plan will be cancelled upon approval of your refund.
✔ The $500 course deposit is non-refundable, as it secures your place in the class and your model booking for the photoshoot day.
✔ Any classes already attended cannot be refunded individually.

Missed Classes

✔You must attend the first 4 classes in full and in order to be eligible. This ensures your decision to withdraw is based on actual experience and not a change of mind.
✔ If you miss a class for reasons other than a medical and have a medical certificate for that day, the guarantee becomes void.

Non-Eligibility

✘ Refund requests made from the start of the 5th class onward will not be accepted.
✘ Once the 5th class has begun, full tuition becomes due and payable.
✘ The guarantee does not apply if the student has:

  • Missed classes without medical documentation

  • Already participated in the content photoshoot day

Agreement

By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
This guarantee is designed to give you peace of mind, while protecting the learning experience and fairness for all students.
